DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO SEND A PACKAGE?
There is no need to have an account with us – we just need some basic confirmation details. If you think you will be shipping again then we would encourage you to register – there is no cost and it means that your next visit can be even faster.
DO YOU ONLY SHIP TO ONE COUNTRY?
We ship parcels all over the world, every day. For the summer we have come up with a small number of very targetted and highly exclusive offers to UK – USA – Canada and Australia. We are doing this in an effort to squeeze the absolute maximum value to you at the minimum price. If you need to deliver anywhere else call or mail us – we will get you the best possible deal!
WHY DO I NEED WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS?
Weight is the primary method used to calculate pricing for parcels. However, sometimes there is a really large parcel that is very lightweight. It takes up considerable space on the truck and in the aircraft, so it needs to be charged for. This is unusual but it can happen (especially if you work in a feather factory). That is why we have some limits on dimensions. If your parcel is outside these dimensions then just call us directly and we will be sure to get you the best possible deal.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY PARCEL?
Pop it on a good bathroom scales and use a measuring tape. We do not need it to be laser-lab accurate – that is why we have arranged our pricing in small-medium-large bands, to make the process even faster and more convenient for you.
CAN I SHIP ANYTHING I LIKE?
Unfortunately not. There are strict legal requirements on what we accept, when you are booking you will need to accept both our Terms and Conditions as well as verify that your item is not on our prohibited or dangerous items list. Last but not least you need to agree that your item be insured for less than fifty euro – although we are happy to arrange additional insurance if required – just drop us a line ot give us a call.
WHEN WILL MY PARCEL BE COLLECTED?
Collection times are between 9am and 6pm – We cannot be more exact as we cannot specify in advance when the driver will be in your area. If you need a more specific stretch of time please give us a call or drop us a line and we will do our best to accomodate you.

WHAT COVER DO I HAVE?
We offer basic cover of 50 euro on all parcels. If you wish to increase this cover feel free to call us direct and we shall have you on your way in no time.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our opening hours are 0830 to 1700 Monday to Saturday – the rest of the time we are constantly tracking your shipments just not via the phone – but you can contact us via the web anytime.
